This is the maximum your tow vehicle can weigh when fully loaded. This includes the vehicle itself, all passengers, fuel, luggage, accessories (like bull bars and roof racks), and the 'tow ball mass' from your caravan. Exceeding your GVM is very common and very dangerous.
